Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is included in the monthly fee?

    The monthly fee covers the full managed team: sourcing, onboarding, line management, performance oversight and K80 delivery accountability. There are no separate management or coordination fees on top of the resource cost.

  • Can I scale the team up or down?

    Yes. Team size can be scaled up or down with 30 days’ notice. K80 manages the transition, sourcing additional specialists or winding down resource, without disruption to ongoing delivery.

  • How quickly can delivery start?

    Typically two weeks from agreement to first delivery. K80 maintains an active pool of vetted specialists, which means mobilisation is fast once the scope and commercial terms are agreed.

  • What happens if output does not meet the agreed standard?

    K80 retains line accountability for output. If delivery falls below the agreed standard, K80 replaces or supplements the team at no additional cost. Performance issues are K80’s problem to resolve, not the client’s.

  • What is the minimum engagement term?

    The minimum initial term is three months. After that, the arrangement runs on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days’ exit notice.

  • Do I manage the team day to day?

    No. K80 manages the team day to day: performance, scheduling, output quality and escalations. Clients retain full visibility through regular reporting and can direct priorities, but the management burden sits with K80.
